How many people can join a training session?
We offer small and large group sessions allowing for up to 10 people. If you require training for more than 10 people at a time please get in touch.
What if I want to cancel after booking?
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Can I pay another way (outside of Stripe)?
Currently, Stripe is the easiest and quickest payment method to be able to pay for your booking. However, we do have other payment methods available. If you require us to raise an invoice separately for this then please contact info@seedily.co.uk for further details.
Can I get help after the training session?
Absolutely, we offer a FREE 30-min catchup call to ask us any questions or address any issues you're having. Please note - this call must be booked within 1 month of the date of the training.
